As a reminder, please complete and return the Licensing Agreement Addendum as soon as possible. Per the terms of the Licensing Agreement, all agreements expired on 12/31/22. The addendum extends the term of the agreement until the center chooses to terminate the agreement. In order to participate in the Call for Data (beginning March 1st), centers must have a fully executed addendum on file.
